Early Adopter Summit Sponsorship 2025

The North Central Texas Emergency Communications District is excited to announce the eighth annual 9-1-1 Early Adopter Summit (EAS), November 19-21, 2025. The EAS celebrates thinking outside the box by bringing together the nation’s most innovative public safety communications agencies and the industry disrupters that are instrumental in helping these agencies push boundaries.  

This is a zero-budget event. Therefore, to continue fostering cutting-edge innovation, we need your help. We’re asking sponsors to support the cost of meals, promotional tools, and in other ways to assist in producing this one-of-a-kind event. 

Sponsorships close at 4 PM October 31, 2025.

Levels of sponsorship: 

· Bronze - $1,000: Logo on webpage, program, and main presentation

· Silver - $2,500: Logo on webpage, program, and main presentation; names read during announcements 

· Gold - $5,000: Logo on webpage, program, and main presentation; names read during announcements; logo on registration table and logo on meeting tables; 1 complementary registration ticket

· Platinum - $7,500: Logo on webpage, program, and main presentation; names read during announcements; logo on registration table, on meeting tables, on food tables at restaurant, and logo on banner/signage throughout event; 2 complementary registration tickets

· Diamond - $10,000: Logo on webpage, program, and main presentation; names read during announcements; logo on registration table, on meeting tables, on food tables at restaurant, and logo on banner/signage throughout event; 3 complementary registration tickets
